Recognition

We recognize and reward people for their customer problem solving skills, dedication, commitment, and hard work through annual, monthly, and quarterly structured awards programs. These awards range from on-the-spot gift cards to monetary awards granted to winners of our annual CEO award, the most prestigious honor in the company.

Additionally, our call center in Hazelton offers two location specific rewards programs. The first is Inner Circle, a quarterly event recognizes over 50 employees who have shown consistent excellence in their performance. Winners receive time out of work to attend the function, a crystal plaque and a monetary reward. Events include: Baseball games, day at Dave & Buster’s, dinner cruises, a luau, and many other special outings designed to show employees that their contributions are valued. Second is Hazleton Heroes, a monthly meeting which convenes the entire call center for a themed mini pep rally designed to move the business forward and reward top performers. The center leadership discusses business news and rewards top center performers in areas such as overall sales, quality assurance, and schedule adherence.
