Network Solutions® employees accrue paid time off (PTO) annually, based on length of service. There is no distinction between "personal/vacation" and "sick" hours – the use of your paid time is from the same pool because we recognize that employees have different PTO needs depending on their personal needs. Additionally, we provide nine paid designated holidays per year, plus we allow employees to individually select 2 floating holidays on days of their choice for a total of 11 paid holidays per year. A summer hours schedule enable Herndon, Belleville, and Toronto based employees to spend more time with family and friends via an early afternoon dismissal on alternate Fridays from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend.
