George Rau
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
George Rau, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources Operations, including: compensation planning and development; the development and implementation of health and welfare programs; recruitment and staffing; and HR policy development and administration.
George joined Network Solutions in May 2007. Prior to coming to Network Solutions, he worked as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with NeuStar, Inc. At NeuStar, George was accountable for delivery of workforce capability to 850 employees at 14 locations worldwide. He has also worked with Nextel Corporation, Implant Innovations Inc., and Grumman Aerospace Corporation.
George received his MBA from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, and his BA from the University of Rochester. He also attended the Ross School of Business, Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
