401(K) Savings Plan

TRowe Price administers our 401(K) retirement savings plan which offers over 30 investment options, providing a diversified range of investment choices for participants.

Network Solutions makes a discretionary match to the 401(k) plan at the end of each calendar year. Employees who meet specific criteria share in the company contribution. 

Income Protection

Our disability plans preserve a portion of an employee’s income if the employee is unable to work as a result of illness, injury or pregnancy. Short-term disability coverage is provided to employees. Long-term disability is available at 60 percent of an employee’s base salary up to a maximum benefit of $15,000 per month.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

We provide employees with Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) at one times base salary. Supplemental life and AD&D insurance may be purchased by employees to allow a maximum death benefit of up to $1,000,000.

Dependent Life Insurance

Spousal Life Insurance is available from $10,000 to $100,000. Evidence of insurability is required at certain levels. Child life insurance coverage is available at $10,000.
